About the race.
JANEV Cup is the Czech Cup in cyclocross. Chýnov, a small town near Tábor in South Bohemia, hosts a round on a spectator-friendly course at the town’s football ground — with 24 oak steps up the hillside and a unique “snail” turn.
On Saturday 3 October 2026 Chýnov opened the JANEV Cup 2026 season. Elite men and U23, Elite women and juniors raced a UCI C1 event; youth and cadet categories raced in the morning in the national race. The day closed with Fofr Kros, a cyclocross show on a modified course.
Witse Meeussen (BEL) and Kristýna Zemanová (CZE) won the Elite races. ČT sport broadcast the Elite men’s race.
On behalf of the whole organising team: thank you to everyone who came to Chýnov to race and to cheer!
